General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Blabacartours

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all tours and services provided by Blabacartours, based in Dakar, Senegal. By booking a tour, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the customer and Blabacartours is established through written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. Services

The agreed services are specified in the respective tour description. Changes due to force majeure, weather conditions or official requirements are reserved.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros and are final prices. Payment is made in advance via online payment (e.g. Flutterwave) or in cash on site, if agreed.

5. Cancellation or Rebooking by the Customer

Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the tour. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.

6. Cancellation by Blabacartours

Blabacartours reserves the right to cancel tours for important reasons (e.g. weather, illness of the guide). Payments already made will be fully refunded.

7. Liability

Participation is at the customer’s own risk. Blabacartours is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for damages caused by natural events, accidents, or third parties.

8. Participation Requirements

Participants must be physically able to take part in the tour. Please inform us in advance of any limitations or accessibility needs.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for the processing of the booking. For further details, please refer to our privacy policy.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Senegalese law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Dakar, Senegal.
